Davien “Dave-O” Fizer is a proud native of Grand Rapids, MI. Dave-O grew up faithfully attending UTM programs such as Thursday Night Hype & The Rock. Once a graduate of The Man Up Program himself, he recently joined the staff of UTM as the Program Director for The Man Up Program & Hustle City. Davien and his wife have four children and are often sought out for counsel within the community in which they serve. Davien is a true entrepreneur at heart, and holds to his motto of Employ, Equip and Empower! His primary passion is both starting and helping small businesses and initiatives that give access to individuals with limited resources.
